There are 5 of each flavor making up a pack of 15 one cup servings. For a hot matcha latte simply add one packet to a cup of hot water/milk. Froth. For an iced latte, add one packet to 1/4 cup warm water/milk, mix well. Add 3/4 cup cold water/milk. Froth and pour over ice. Enjoy!
